Conduit Management Manual Overview
 
The Ohio Department of Transportation developed the Conduit Management Manual to aid in the Inventory and Inspection of culverts and storm sewers under highways maintained by the State.  Local agencies and other government entities are welcome to refer to the manual for guidance for their own internal programs.
 
The Conduit Management Manual and it's appendices, including the Conduit Inventory (CR-87) and Conduit Inspection (CR-86) forms, can downloaded below.
